End User License Agreement
Last updated 11 October 2026
Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and DevNome (Pvt) Ltd ("DevNome", "we", "us"). It covers the Streamling desktop software, including updates, the content included with it, and its use of the optional voice pack (together, the "Software").
You accept this EULA by installing the Software (the installer shows it before installation) and when you create a Streamling account. This EULA forms part of the Streamling Terms of Service. If they conflict, this EULA applies to your licence to use the Software, and the Terms of Service apply to everything else. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.
Licence
Subject to this EULA and the Terms of Service, DevNome gives you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to install and use the Software on Windows devices you own or control, for streaming and creating content, under your own Streamling account and within the features of your plan. You may install it on more than one computer, but it works on one device at a time.
Restrictions
Except where the law expressly allows it, you must not:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, or try to obtain its source code;
- get around licence checks, Free or Premium limits, rate limits or security measures;
- extract, copy, redistribute, sell, license or separately use Streamling assets such as character models, animations, sounds and artwork;
- remove or change copyright, trademark or other notices;
- rent, lease, lend, resell or share the Software or your account;
- use the Software to interfere with DevNome's systems or anyone else's account.
Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. DevNome and its licensors own the Software and all rights in it, including the Streamling name and logo, the Pals, character models, animations, outfits, props, sounds and artwork. Any rights not expressly given to you in this EULA are reserved.
Third-party components and content
- The Software includes open-source software, each part under its own licence, as listed in the Open Source Notices. Nothing in this EULA limits your rights under those licences, which apply instead of this EULA for those parts.
- The optional voice pack is downloaded separately, only when you choose to install it, from the public releases of its own projects, and is used under their own licences (see the Open Source Notices).
- Some content, such as character models, animations and sound effects, was created using third-party tools or is used under licence from third parties. You may use it only through the Software, as described in section 6.
Using Streamling assets in your content
Within your plan, you may use the Pals, animations, outfits, props and other assets as they appear through the Software in live streams, recorded videos, clips, thumbnails and social posts promoting your channel, including content you earn money from, and in non-commercial fan art. Content you have published can stay published after your licence ends. You may not make merchandise, use the assets as a logo or brand identity, extract, modify or redistribute the asset files, or use them to train AI models, unless DevNome gives written permission.
Your computer
- The Software installs for your Windows user account, without administrator rights, and runs with your permissions.
- It stores your settings and encrypted platform logins on your PC, and saves viewer progress on your PC before uploading it to your account.
- It runs a small local server so OBS can show the Pal. This can only be reached from your own PC unless you turn on access from other devices on your network, and it is protected by a private access key.
- You are responsible for keeping your PC secure and up to date, and for backing up anything important.
Updates and uninstalling
The Software may download and install updates automatically, and some updates may be required to keep using it. This EULA applies to updates unless they come with separate terms. You can uninstall the Software at any time from Windows Settings; choose "Delete the application data" to remove information stored on your PC. Uninstalling does not delete your account or cancel Premium.
Premium
Some features need Premium. Prices, billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are covered by the Terms of Service and Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Disclaimer
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DEVNOME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, FREE OF ERRORS OR BUGS, SECURE, OR COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY COMPUTER, PLATFORM OR PROGRAM, OR THAT IT WILL NOT AFFECT OTHER SOFTWARE ON YOUR COMPUTER.
Limitation of liability
The limitation of liability in the Terms of Service (section 20) applies to the Software, including its limits on the types and amount of damages, and its exceptions for liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Termination
This EULA lasts while you are allowed to use the Software. It ends automatically if your account is closed or your access is ended under the Terms of Service. When it ends, you must stop using and uninstall the Software, and must not keep using any copied assets. Sections 4, 5, 10, 11 and 14 continue to apply.
Export and sanctions
You must not use, export or re-export the Software in breach of export control or sanctions laws, or in a country subject to comprehensive sanctions.
Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, and disputes are handled as described in section 24 of the Terms of Service, which keeps the protection of the mandatory consumer laws where you live.
Changes and general terms
We may update this EULA as described in the Terms of Service, with at least 30 days' notice of material changes. The general terms in section 26 of the Terms of Service (including severability, no waiver and transfer) also apply to this EULA.
