Refund Policy

Last updated 11 October 2026

In short

If Premium isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of any payment and you'll get your money back in full. No questions asked.

14-day refunds

Every Premium payment, monthly or yearly, the first one and every renewal, can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of being charged.

After 14 days a payment can't be refunded, but you can still cancel at any time so you aren't charged again.

Cancelling

Cancel from the app's Settings → Plan → Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period; ask for a refund if it's within 14 days.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use the "Manage subscription" billing page, or email info@devnome.com from the address you subscribed with. Paddle, our merchant of record, processes every refund.

What happens next

The money goes back to the card or payment method you used, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Any tax you paid is refunded with it.

A refunded subscription ends straight away, and your account goes back to the Free plan. Your Pals, settings and community data stay.

Billing mistakes

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, contact us and we'll refund it whenever you notice, not just within 14 days.

Your legal rights

This policy is part of our Terms of Service (section 6) and doesn't take away any rights you have under your country's consumer law, including Sri Lanka's Consumer Affairs Authority Act.
